Aidan Lovely

Aidan Lovely is a public health consultant who works with state health and human agencies and organizations nationwide. She helps organizations design programs, improve operations, and create accessible and culturally-competent health information communications. Before becoming a consultant, Aidan worked at Propel as a Policy Analyst, developing benefits content information and researching product innovations to improve user experience. She has also held a wide variety of roles, including three years as an associate academic researcher and one year as a Biliterate Property Manager, where she advocated for the needs of the primarily Latinx/Hispanic immigrant tenants.

Outside of her professional experience, Aidan brings lived experience to her work. She grew up in a low-income single-parent household and now, as an adult, cares for her son with special needs. Aidan is well-versed in navigating complicated benefits systems and the frustration that can come with them, which drives her passion for writing accessible content. Her writing has been published in multiple academic research papers and State health information campaigns.
