If your benefits were stolen, you should contact your County Department of Job and Family services. Your may be required to change your PIN, report your card stolen, and/or request a new card.

Ohio SNAP-recipients whose benefits were stolen can request a replacement Ohio Direction Card by calling 1-866-386-3071.

If your benefits were electronically stolen (e.g., through skimming or phishing) between October 2022–December 20, 2024, you may be eligible to apply for reimbursement. Learn more about your state’s process.
